"In The Drivers Seat" was the brainchild of Carvana CCO Paul Kiester. The idea was to find real Carvana customers, invite them to chat with us about their purchase experience in a car and make a series out of it. We found that interviewing them through the car speaker helped give the spots a more conversational feel. Additionally, we plan to expand on this concept to give future customers a chance to show off their rides in more detail. More to come!
